Karonga CCAP Congregation has emerged victorious in a Bible quiz competition against Bwiba CCAP Congregation. The event was hosted by Bwiba CCAP at its church in Biba.
Speaking to Dinosaur FM, Karonga Presbytery Vice Chairperson Macdonald Mhango said the quiz aimed to assess how much participants had learned through their respective Sunday schools while also fostering unity and fellowship among Christians from different congregations.
One of the church members from Bwiba CCAP Congregation, Mercy Chunda, attributed her congregation’s defeat to inadequate preparation and stage fright during the competition.
Following the victory, Karonga CCAP Congregation has qualified for the finals of the Bible quiz competition, which are scheduled to take place on 29 August.
